Reality duo had just finished working on his TV show, as they continued to fend off a business meeting with Kim almost taking a tumble while walking down the stairs in her high heels. The observation comes as Kim continues to increase interest in her latest effort, which she recently released a series of pictures on his blog as a teaser for her soon to be released "Turn It Up" music video. The much awaited song will premiere this Sunday (March 6) on a brand new episode of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York".
