Kelly Rutherford seems off-balance. As we said before, she divorced her first husband after she found out he had a life-threatening heart condition and she's now in a horrible custody battle with her second husband with all kinds of weird allegations being thrown at her. Her ex was reportedly devastated when she neglected to tell him that she was giving birth to their daughter and he claims that she is trying to limit his visitation rights.
