Dutch model Karen Mulder was recently arrested after threatening her plastic surgeon. A couple of years ago she also spent some time in a psychiatric hospital and she's admitted to having a drug and alcohol problem in the past. Possibly she's upset that her plastic surgeon made her look like she's permanently staring off into space.
